Tips For Shipping These Holidays

There's nothing worse than ordering a gift for Christmas and it not arriving until after the New Year. We've got a few tips on what you can do to make sure things go smoothly and give you the best chance of receiving your order on time. We are also doing things differently on our end which you can see below.

What you can do:

  • Order ASAP. If you know you want popcorn for Christmas don’t wait to order.
  • Provide accurate address details. Make sure street numbers are correct
  • Make sure your property is accessible for the courier and has a safe space away from street view to avoid theft
  • If sending to a business address, make sure you provide the business name.

What we are doing:

  • We've hired extra staff to focus on customer service and proactively watch your orders progress. 
  • We'll raise queries on your behalf if the courier is taking too long.
  • Package gone missing or stuck in a courier depot? We’ll send out full replacements when appropriate.
  • Live in Christchurch? We’ll be hand delivering Christmas Boxes in certain postcodes all the way up until the 23rd December.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide guarantees to any rural addresses. We use Post Haste's address checker to determine what classifies as rural.

Shipping address must be correctly entered with all relevant unit/apt numbers and access details. Non-delivery due to inadequate information will not be covered by our guarantee.

If both your order and replacement order do not arrive by Christmas you can chose to either:

Allow for us to organise collection of the late arriving product at our cost and receive a full refund on your order and a voucher of 30% value of the order

Or keep the product and receive a voucher of 30% value of the order
