Tips For Shipping These Holidays

There's nothing worse than ordering a gift for Christmas and it not arriving until after the New Year. We've got a few tips on what you can do to make sure things go smoothly and give you the best chance of receiving your order on time:

What you can do:

  • Order ASAP. If you know you want popcorn for Christmas don’t wait to order.
  • Provide accurate address details. Make sure street and unit numbers are correct
  • Make sure your property is accessible for the courier and has a safe space away from street view to avoid theft
  • If sending to a business address, make sure you provide the business name.

Our Cutoffs:

  • North Island Urban: Thursday 19th 3pm 
  • South Island Urban: Friday 20th 12pm midday
  • Nationwide Urban Paid Express: Friday 20th 12pm midday

Unfortunately we are unable to provide guarantees to any rural addresses. We use Post Haste's address checker to determine what classifies as rural.

Shipping address must be correctly entered with all relevant unit/apt numbers and access details. Non-delivery due to inadequate information or business's being closed will not be covered by our guarantee.

If your order does not arrive by Christmas, let us know and you can chose to either:

Allow for us to organise collection of the late arriving product at our cost and receive a full refund on your order.

Or keep the product and receive a refund of 30% value of the order
