Tips For Shipping These Holidays
There's nothing worse than ordering a gift for Christmas and it not arriving until after the New Year. We've got a few tips on what you can do to make sure things go smoothly and give you the best chance of receiving your order on time:
What you can do:
- Order ASAP. If you know you want popcorn for Christmas don’t wait to order.
- Provide accurate address details. Make sure street and unit numbers are correct
- Make sure your property is accessible for the courier and has a safe space away from street view to avoid theft
- If sending to a business address, make sure you provide the business name.
Our Cutoffs:
- AUS Express: Wednesday 17th 1pm NZT
- Delivery to remote areas unfortunately may not arrive before Christmas
- NZ North Island Urban: Friday 19th 3pm
- NZ South Island Urban: Monday 22nd 3pm
- NZ Nationwide Urban Paid Express: Monday 22nd 3pm
NZ Rural addresses will at minimum take an extra 1-2 days to arrive. Best to order asap for the best chance to arrive by Christmas.
Reminder that these cutoffs are just a guideline and we're not able to guarantee delivery. For the best chance of pre-Christmas arrival it's best to order asap!
