Factory Tours

Have you ever wondered how snacks get made?  Are you scratching for things to do with the kids over the holidays?  We're running factory tours in the July school holidays, and we're looking forward to showing you around our factory!  You'll get the chance to try some popcorn hot off the production line, see how popcorn gets made, and you'll even go home with a bag full of popcorn in whatever flavour you want!

Tickets for the April School Holidays will be available soon!

What should I expect at the tour?

During the 30-40 minute tour, you'll learn about some fun popcorn facts while we have a safety briefing (and all get dressed up with fabulous hair nets).  We'll then head through to the factory where we'll see some of the ingredients that go into popcorn and watch as hot caramel is mixed with fresh popcorn.  At this point, you'll get to taste some popcorn hot off the line!  Then we'll watch popcorn being packed, which is one of the most mesmerizing parts of the tour for the littlies!  After that, we'll get to choose our own bag of popcorn to take home, and there's some popcorn available for purchase as well!

Testimonials:

"I think the tour was very well run. Giving the kids time to watch, asking the 'trivia' type questions about popcorn supply and process, getting them to flavour their own popcorn were all really good strategies. You did a fantastic job [team], thank you for opening your factory to us and sharing with us how popcorn is made!!"

"Really good very informative and the kids enjoyed eating the popcorn."

"We just did the tour! It was awesome. Thank you very much for opening your factory to the public these holidays. The tour was very informative, well done, safe, fun, with yummy smells and the popcorn samples tasted amazing. Great to be able to buy some popcorn treats at the end too. What a lovely family business. I am so glad that I am able to support a wonderful local business by purchasing your products in stores. I highly recommend this tour." - Trace
